My Story
I knew from the age of eight or nine that I wanted to help people through healthcare. I just didn’t yet know how.
My plan was to become a medical doctor. I trained as a paramedic and a sports medic, and I was ready to begin my Master’s. Then, six days before it started, a serious car accident changed everything.
Six months of debilitating pain and migraines followed — until chiropractic restored my health, and redirected my entire life.
It was chiropractic that finally gave me my health back — and in doing so, it showed me an entirely different model of care. I was so moved by my own recovery that I knew I had to help others find the same thing.
I made the move from Canada to Singapore after visiting during a round of job interviews, and I’ve built my life and career here ever since. Over the years, I owned my own clinics — selling one to focus on my family, then opening another — before merging it with Lion’s City Chiropractic and Total Health Chiropractic in 2024.
I come from a multicultural family and have loved music for as long as I can remember. That love of music, and the positive energy it brings, is woven right into how I practise.
Greatest Joys ---
1. Caring for families — from pregnancy and newborns all the way through to grandparents. There’s something deeply meaningful about supporting people across every stage of life. And the greatest reward, for me, is earning a patient’s trust: being their advocate.
2. There is no greater joy then helping other chiropractors flourish and grow practices that stay with them. What I've learned is simple: most practices don't have a marketing problem. They have a retention problem. Patients don't leave because the care didn't work. They leave because no one gave them a reason to stay.
Outside the clinic, my time goes to family life, cycling, swimming, and cheering on my children at their sports.
